Faced with this problem, the best thing to do is to establish a security action plan and follow a series of steps:

• Set a security budget and stick to it. This budget must take into account risk variables and problem prevention and resolution. Analyzing and managing through risk reports is a priority.
• Choose a security provider based on its efficiency and not its budget. We should also analyze how it handles problems and how it solves them.
• Keep track of business information exchanged by users. Not on a personal level, but on a company level.
• Signing confidentiality agreements with our employees also serves to avoid leaks.
• Offer safety courses to our employees to show them the risks and engage them.
